Thank you Locksmith Larchmont for saving me today! I lost the keys to my car and got stuck in midtown without my jacket, it was freezing and I asked the lady that picked up the phone to send someone as fast as possible. The locksmith has arrived in 15 minutes and opened my car in a few minutes.

The service man did not come prepared for job I requested from the business owner. He took a $100 deposit and went to Home Depot to buy a new lock. The profile of the lock face was too large and did not fit inside the storm door. After a second trip to Home Depot and a $150 dollar lock, it was installed incorrectly. After more than 4 hours and $900, I let the service man leave and fixed the lock myself in under 10 minutes. Disgraceful and a huge ripoff!

Change the locks on my doors one door fine the other one the door is still shifting back and forth try to call to have them come and do the job properly kept putting me on hold for 5 minutes after four times calling they refused to answer the phone and so $700 down the toilet do not deal with these people.
