I called to have the locks rekeyed at my mother's home. The price I was given over the phone was totally different from what I was charged. I called to inquire about it and I was told the price I was give over the phone was the "starting price". No one ever used the word "starting price" when I called. This was very misleading and underhanded. Before you comment with the "we've never serviced this customer" lie. I can and will post a receipt that proves otherwise. My mother is elderly and felt she was preyed upon. I should have followed my first thought and called Dixie Lock for her.

So so courteous and helpful. Came when expected and was able to problem solve on the spot. Completed the job despite encountering some unexpected complications - we live in a very old home and had just moved in when we needed a lock change so we weren't familiar with the needs of the house.
