The power steering on my car went out while driving. The next day, it wouldn't start. I had an appointment to take the car to the dealership and had to find a tow company. I called H&R Towing. They asked for the addresses from my home to the dealership, and they gave me a quote over the phone. The driver said he'd be there in 30 minutes and he was exactly on time. I thought he was just going to tow it but he suggested we take a look under the hood. He found that my serpentine belt had broken, meaning my alternator hadn't been running while I was driving and it had killed the battery, which was why the power steering wasn't working. Knowing what was wrong up front, probably saved me some money when I got to the dealership and could tell them exactly what the problem was. The driver waited until I talked the dealer service rep, then unloaded my car and even helped me push it into a spot on the lot. I can't praise this company enough.
