told to call back later because no one had an answer. Called back when the tech is supposed to be here, get put on hold immediately and left there for 5 min then I'm redirected to a voicemail. Call again, immediately put on hold canceld.

I've been here twice and either I just came at the exact wrong time or the place is always filthy. Once I was going in to buy some clothing and the clothing was in complete disarray (unfolded or on the floor between racks). Another time I went in for a bit of hardware and it looked like a toddler had arranged the aisle.

Very helpful and quick. Went to get some keys made and the were able to make all the keys with any issues which was nice because I wasn't able to get them made at the big box stores. I would certainly recommend going here for your lock and security needs.
