Mark saved our vacation! We got stranded at 17 mile drive with a flat tire in our rental SUV with a 7 month old on a Saturday afternoon. I thought we would be stuck for hours, but Mark arrived within 30 minutes after being called. Not only did he endure some negative attitude from a security guard, but he fixed our flat tire in no time! He was truly kind and caring. He even let my son see his cute dog Lola. We've never had a flat tire, and he put us at ease and gave us confidence that this bad situation was going to be okay. He then called us later to check in and make sure we were safe. It's because of him that our day wasn't ruined, and we got to enjoy 17 mile drive the following day in a new rental. It's hard to find people who genuinely care for strangers, but Mark does. If we ever find ourselves stranded again in Monterey we will know who to call. :) Thanks for all you do and God bless you!

HIGHLY recommend this business. The owner came out to look at my car within 15 minutes. He jumped my car and I was able to bring it into the shop. If that wasn’t good enough, he showed up at the shop I was bringing my car to. He advocated for me and if it wasn’t for him, I would not have gotten a free, new battery. Please, please, please give your business to Bomarito Towing: the best service out there.

I would not recommend this company to anybody! First of all the locksmith was unprofessional. He told me it would take him 20-25 minutes to arrive but didn’t arrive until 35 minutes and didn’t bother to keep me updated that he was going to be late. Second he didn’t even try to pick the lock he automatically took out his drill and said the only way to unlock the door is to drill it out. Mind you it was not a special type of lock. Third he tried to overprice me. Said it was $125 when he didn’t even attempt to pick the lock! I found a cheaper faster more professional locksmith to get the job done.
