So I’ve brought my car here a few times and have always been happy. So I make a 1:30pm appointment online and take the day off of work in order to bring my car in. I work two jobs so generally I have to take a day off or wait for a weekend appoint but at the time they only have week days. So low and behold I show up and the guy outside says they’re closing. I told him I had an appointment and he “didn’t know.” And asked what it was for. I said a complete interior and exterior and he said he was the only one there and couldn’t do it alone. I asked if they check online appointments as I made one and he said “he didn’t know, he wasn’t the owner.” I was so disappointed because I took a day off for this. What’s so weird is that the appointment is at 1:30 and there hours are till 5...

Idial Battle

I’ve been getting my vehicles detailed by Prestige for almost 4 years now. Every time I had been highly satisfied, until today. Prestige is under new management and it shows. My car was not entirely cleaned. Nor did they take the time to dry it. I paid for the Gold package which includes a tire shine. Did not receive that . It also include air freshener. Did not receive that. Prestige has definitely lost a loyal customer.

So my only regret is not thoroughly inspect my car after the Gold car wash that I purchase yesterday (3/11/21). Been coming here for years and never have any issues but apparently with new management the quality of work has drop dramatically. Not only did they did not fully clean my car but with their high pressure water, they chipped off the paint out of my door and left a huge scratch on the drive side. Avoid this this facility, you will thank me.

I bring my car here after every family road trip for interior detailing. We have three boys and a 60lbs dog, so the interior takes a beating on a 2000mi. journey. The vehicle looks totally amazing when they're done. Seats, carpeting, etc. It's like a new car again every time. Highly recommend.
