Guy was a complete jerk. Was warned by another wrecker service but used against my better judgment. Guy looked like he rolled out of bed and just finish a plate of chicken wings. Very unprofessional.

The guy was the nicest guy ever! I didn’t catch his name because I was so distraught. Being a female, we tend to get overcharged and played when it comes to services like this. I can say that Charlie’s Towing is AMAZING! Made me feel super comfortable with my tow. This was above and beyond service!

I've purchased batteries here before and this is the first time that I've ever been told that they couldn't install one for me. Instead, 3 guys stood inside the building in the nice, cool AC and maintained their clean clothes and hands. All while I managed to change out my own car battery in the parking lot. I guess it's a good thing I'm mechanically inclined... The stars are for the service, the batteries are always five-star worthy.

The manager and his staff at the Newnan store are always great. I've never been in there where they weren't able to help me in a timely manner. They always come through for me! I highly recommend this location.

Best customer service and guys ever. My car battery died in the parking lot. I had no one to help me and no tools.
