My phone's screen was broken beyond use and after a couple days of shopping around, I brought my phone to this Batteries Plus Bulbs on a Monday, the manager told me I would get it back by late Wednesday to early Thursday of that week, which was quicker than the other places so I went with them. They reached out to me Friday to tell me I could pick up my phone but when I got there, the new screen wouldn't recognize any touch. He then said he would have to take the phone apart and look into it and he would let me know what the issue was. He said the screen was defective so they would replace it for free for the hassle. I didn't hear anything from them until I went in myself to see what was taking so long the following Thursday. Now there was a new manager at the who told me all the screens they got were defective and they would just replace my phone expect that would take a week to a week and a half, I asked if there were any other options that would be quicker and he again said he would get back to me. I decided to just get a replacement at this point because this store has done nothing but waste my time and annoy me even more about the situation. I'm sure if you need batteries or bulbs this place is fine but for tech repair I would not return.

I brought my damaged Samsung cell phone in for repair not knowing if it was going to work again. Marty at the Niles store provided me with the best customer service I have had in a long time! He analyzed the issues with phone the and was clear and honest with me about costs. He then repaired the phone expertly. This is a great place for more than just batteries and bulbs- worth checking out if you have not been there!

I had come back to the store to have my scooter battery checked out. Was told to leave it for charging and testing. Upon my return the Sales Associate was very attentive, looked up my past purchase quickly and verified my warranty status and made sure there was a battery to replace my previous one.

I found the exact bulb for my car side marker at $2 less than Autozone. I like their Duracell car batteries too. I like the way they have a date on them, that's very helpful, I don't remember them on any other car batteries. I saved another $15.

Took them only one minute to unlock this simple storm door and they charged $154. If they know you're locked out of the house and desperate to get in, they will milk you. They also charge and addition 4% if you pay by credit card. Something they didn't mention until it's too late.
