Our old automatic garage door system broke to the point of falling off the tracks; Thunder was able to send someone out the next day to assess the problem and give us options for repairs or replacement. They gave us all of the information we needed to make a decision about the work and were able to schedule us in very quickly with some creative door sourcing! They did such a great job and communicated clearly every step of the way. I hope I never have to replace or repair my garage door again but if I do, I will definitely work with Thunder again :D

Letting me know first what it would cost to replace the broken springs. He checked everything, tightening hinges, oiling where needed, even replacing the light bulb connected to the door mechanism. My garage door never had such good care! Besides being very professional in his work, Blu is the nicest person! Thunder is fortunate to have him working for them!
