I need to say that this was and absolutely excellent experience I called in late on the afternoon on a holiday and they still answered my call and got to my location and opened my car in less than 30 minutes. I have nothing but great things to say about this locksmith.

Star Gate has gotten me out of a very tough spot when I was locked out of my apartment. They showed up quickly, got me into my apartment and installed a brand new lock. All for a price that was much lower than several other places I called. The locksmith was polite, friendly and even called me the next day to see if I was satisfied with the service. I will always call them if I am ever in a similar situation and have already recommended them to a few friends. Saving their number in my phone!

The guy who installed my lock, showed up hours later than promised, was hyper, talking fast, asked to use my bathroom twice in an hour. I made sure I could pay by credit card and then the guy who installed the lock tried to talk me into letting him drive me to my bank so I could pay in cash. When he finally finished and was leaving he told me someone could still kick my door in, but he could come back and install another lock if I wanted. Needless to say I declined.
