I spoke to Dan about having a key made. When I asked how soon I could get the key, he replied, "For the price I quoted you, it would be Monday." I said that would be fine. When I hadn't heard anything by 4:30 Monday afternoon, I called. Dan asked, "Did we set up a time?" I told him he had said I would have the key on Monday. He then asked if the first thing Tuesday morning would be OK. I agreed and was told someone would be out between 9:00 and 9:30 am. At approximately 11:30, I called again. Dan told me the guy who was coming got held up at another job and would be here shortly. So ... apparently my job WASN'T "first thing in the morning." The guy who came out was terrific, but I'd look elsewhere if you value your time. Oh, when I asked Dan for a discount for waiting for the key, he generously (that's sarcasm) took $10 off the bill. The guy who made the key gave me an additional $5 off, which I appreciated. As an employee I'm sure there's only so much he can do.

I just wanted everyone to know that Dave an employee at the Lock shop went above and beyond making a special key for my sliding glass door. He had to do some special grinding on it to get it to work and did an awesome job I couldn't be more happier. Not to mention the price was the same as if I would have went to Walmart, and them employees wouldn't have helped me.
