HIGHLY recommend this company. Excellent service! I had an emergency situation with my front door lock and could not get into my home. From the moment I spoke with them on the phone, they were there within 20 minutes. Gary showed up with his wonderful wife Adele as this was after hours and proceeded to fix the lock with another employee Alfonso. I can't begin to express how grateful I am for their quick response, professionalism and great care for my situation. had a problem with my front door. Alfonso the technician came out and was able to fix it. Readjusted the door and reset my roller catches. Door has not shut well form years. Now it shut great and tight. No more worries about the door opening and my dogs getting out. Would recommend them greatly.

Not only was I blown away at the amount of personalized keys they had available but the gentleman helping me knew his trade well, with just a glance at the keys I was looking to get made he was able to tell me what kind of key I needed to use as a blank for it to work properly with my lock. We had multiple locks that needed to be changed throughout our house — Hagai was very helpful, professional and friendly. After changing the locks he double and triple checked them all to make sure that they were all working the way they should, he also provided us with customized copies of the key at no cost which was amazing. Hagai truly went above and beyond and provided us with excellent service!
