Really responsive. Asked to re-key the locks on our home and replace a door handle. They texted several pics of handles they had in stock to see which we liked the most. They came within the timeframe they promised and were done quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend.

Mike was excellent and very knowledgeable. He installed our new keyless entry locks quickly and explained everything in great detail once he was finished. We definitely feel so much safer in our new home!

Very polite and professional employees. I spoke to Jose on the phone explaining that I needed locks changed on two garage doors and help with a newly installed security lock on the garage entry door. He promptly emailed me a quote. Once I signed the quote, he explained that a locksmith would be out the next day between 11-2 but would call first to let me know that he was on his way. The next day Mike called as he was on his way. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I am very pleased with the service and response!
