Do not use KeyMe. This company does not resolve issues. My experience consisted of false advertisement (they can’t copy any car key), their machine stole my car key, I was forced to uber home, their customer service line stops at 5pm even though they’re open “24 hours” They are expecting me to pay for my uber there and back to receive the key that their faulty machine stole. Their customer service was horrible the next day. They did not apologize for their machine, and they did not attempt to rectify the situation. Do not use KeyMe. If their machine malfunctions they won’t pay for it. You will.

Our electronic deadbolt stopped working minutes after we had left our regular keys inside and locked the door. Unfortunately we had no way of getting back in without calling a locksmith.
