My service advisor strongly recommended J's Tow Service as he had utilized their services many times. I was told they were extremely professional, reasonably priced and really would take care with my vehicle. Scott was my driver this evening and he surpassed all my expectations. He arrived within the quoted time frame, he was patient and very courteous. My vehicle arrived at its destination in perfect condition. I will attest they are the best choice for any of your towing needs. Truly a five star establishment!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Worst experience with a tow company I’ve ever had. I needed my truck towed to the mechanic. I told them the name and address of the mechanic. The truck was dropped off, but the keys were handed over to a completely different mechanics shop. My truck was also left unlocked for 2 days. I’m now going to be without my vehicle much longer than I should have been, all because of their mistake. I’m lucky my truck wasn’t stolen. Southland Tow refused to work with me about their error, and refused to compensate me for any amount. If you care about your vehicle, J’s southland tow is NOT for you.

Dispatcher Amy is very friendly and very helpful. Very professional. Even gave me a call back when the driver was about 10 away. Great work ethic. My driver Vincent was a very nice man. Very professional and a great conversationalist made the ride from warrensburg to Lee’s summit a lot less boring. Amazing work ethic as well. Very happy with the tow services that I received. Would rate 10 stars if I could.

Jeremy is amazing, I broke down just a few miles from home today. I was stuck with my daughter in the car. She is only 6 so she was crying & scared, he pulled up, offered to help tow me off the the ramp to a safe parking lot. He also let us ride in his truck so my daughter was safe, after that she was all smiles. I highly recommend Jeremy, this company is honest, caring upfront & amazing! If you want a good tow company please use them! Saying they are amazing is an understatement, they rock! They are the best!
