I had an unusually shaped key to copy which couldn't be cut at the kiosk so it had be done at their plant. Later in the day I found a local retailer who was able to cut a copy, and KeyMe issued me a refund without any hassle.

Called at 6:38 only to be helped at 9:10. For less than 10 mins of work and a 4 minute drive they charged $189.

After doing research found out the reason why the locksmiths don't wear uniforms , they are not actually licensed locksmith as required to be in California . They're part of the country wide scam by foreigners taking advantage of people who are not aware of costs or what locksmithing involves , nog looking for repeat customers so they're looking to get the most out of your in one shot . ASK FOR A CA LOCKSMITH LICENSE !!!! Always !!!! As well as insurance

The process was easy, but I was disappointed that the machine only took an image of the original key, then had it sent out to be made and mailed. The key does work, though.
