I had an amazing experience with this service! I had to get a new key for my Lexus and within 24 hours someone was in contact with me and within 2 days they were at my home with my replacement key! The keys I made at the kiosk don't work. I got one of the 3 to work after about 5 minutes of finessing - but I can't spend that kind of time trying to open a door every time I need to get in or lock the door behind me.

On the past the automatic machine was perfect and the keys were perfectly working. After 4 years the one in Lowes Sterling not making the key perfect and I had trouble to use the keys, which are increased double on the cost but reduced %50 on the quality

This is not a locksmith. It is a key duplicator machine sitting in front of Walmart. Don't bother calling them for "Locksmith Services" unless you need a house key copied. That's all the machine does.
