So I called this company last night to help me get out of a bind since I accidentally locked my keys in my trunk. This mind you was at 6pm. The gentlemen that answered already sounded like he couldn't care less...he tells me he has 6 drivers around and that one will call me when they will be on their way to come help. Forward to 730 am the next morning and still haven't recieved not even a phone call back. I dont write reviews but I'd hate for this to happen to someone else that may be in more desperate situation. I would recommend the company keyme right up the street in Little Ferry. Much more professional and caring. Hope this helps someone else from being disappointed.

My appointment was scheduled for 5pm. I had two different technicians calling me @ different times to extend the time. They were always “on their way” The last time they wanted to come was 9pm. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment with them. Obviously I would NEVER recommended this company. They lacked professionalism and communication skills both from the office and the workers who called to lie about their whereabouts. Never use this company because there is a high possibility that they will never show up within an appropriate time frame.

I was surprised that a Rite Aid could duplicate car keys and even more surprised that this was being done by one of your machines there! But it turned out to be very easy to use, cheaper than a locksmith, and the results, 3 keys which I got in the mail a couple of days later, were perfect. Loved it!

This company is really good for making new keys and they can help switch out locks. My husband and I came in and they told him how to change a lock for one of my entrance doors. They are very professional and provide much more than the Home Depot key and lock department. I will come here for any key that I need. They are a lot better than a chain store.

Very poor customer service!! I’ve used their service a few times but whoever answers their phones is very unprofessional didn’t want to even hear me out only to say it’s not under warranty before even listening to me. I will not use them again nor will I recommend them.

I am not sure... but for keys , locks for every day human beings ..THEY ARE ACES. mainLock hackensack etc said " no.. cost too much to rekey or impression " a master padlock.!!!!! I called the gang at Shaw's and viola under 3 minutes they got me a new cylinder, 2 keys bam.. zoom paid and I am happy. please stop by.. I know I will. when "pros said NO " SHAW'S LOCKSMITH got it done. p.s. my kids school in Bergen county uses them too.. of course

Absolutely fantastic service from Shaw's Lock. I grew up in Bergen County and Shaw's was a household name, so we called them to take care of some new locks for our store. They showed up promptly to give us an estimate, provided advice on the best way to secure our doors, and were always pleasant. The same tech handled the estimate and install, so there was always a familiar face, and everyone I had spoken to at the business was always more than happy to assist. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing lock service in the future.
