Truly amazing work ethic! I was trying to get another key for my wife's Lexus SUV. I went to Advantage because they helped me before, years ago; plus the dealership is a little bit too proud of the keys they make... Advantage worked almost two hours with my eBay electronic key trying to get it to work but to no avail. They told me to send the key back and would get a key they knew would work. They called me when the key arrived. I went there and they spent another hour trying to get that electronic key to work. When they couldn't get it to work, they sent me to the dealer as the problem seemed to relate to our cars computer. The dealer was able to get it to work after a hardware upgrade. My point is, Advantage worked 3 hours on our cars lock system. They would not take a dime for their work because the key never worked; even though the problem was with the car and not the key. I spent a small fortune at the dealership but never had to pay Advantage for their time. Super people!!! I will always go to their shop in the future!

Had locksmith come to my work to see if he could help. I was told he would tell me the cost before doing service and go over everything before agreeing on service. This guy was pushy, didn’t give me time to say no before he did all the work. Their prices are outrageous. Wanted to charge me $50 to just come see my car, then charge to fix it. I wound up paying $225 just for him to make me a key. I paid outrageous cost for pushy service, I could have gotten better service some place else. He always had a remark for anything I said. And I had a difficult time understanding him. Still waiting for a manager to call back. Don’t use hem unless you want to get ripped off.

What I needed was minor, with the exception of needing a replacement lock on my steel screen door. The house door lock just needed adjusting. My bill was $322. Three times I requested an itemized bill but I was ignored. I will not return to them nor recommend them.

Left work early to get a key made for my canopy. Business was open, Google hours said open til 11, I got there at 556pm, man there said there was no locksmith there to help me get my key made, and he wouldn't be there for the rest of the night. So I took heat at work and lost pay for nothing because your business is unprofessional. You only got the 1 star because there wasn't an option to leave zero. My review stands.

Wow the massive hidden fees! $29 to show up $39 for emergency service and THEN $170!!!! For OPEN DOOR!!! What a rip off. Abusive and predatory. And now they now know where you live. Do not agree to an estimate unless in writing! Unbelievable!!!
