I thought the product was fine, but they seem to have raised the prices. I would have walked away, but I really needed the keys. With the corona virous I was not going to go somewhere else. I also had a code for a free key and it did not work

Tyler was very effcient and courteous when I arrived at the store. He quickly went and got the battery, and replaced my old one. He reminded me to come in to collect my refend of the core fee. It was very fluid and I was pleased to have him wait on me. He had all the tools handy on a cart so the process was very simple.

Great service but I was a little disappointed at their policy. I didn't know if my device worked so I bought a battery to replace the old one. Salrs man helped me install it but the device didn't work. Perhaps it's an unreasonable request but I would think they would have a way to sell a new battery that was opened in their presence. Anyway they couldn't take it back. 😢. Incidentally, I made another over $20 purchase while I was in the store also.

I am never disappointed! I go there for my motorcycle battery. The sales people are attentive to my needs and knowledgeable about their inventory. I also have a watch from the UK that requires a battery that Batteries Plus carriers.
