I had a multi-point lock rekeyed by another locksmith I believed to be local at the time (but apparently he was not and did not have a physical location). To make a long story short, the lock no longer worked after that and this locksmith claimed that it was already broken.. I called Prestige to get a quote to replace the lock. I was pleasantly surprised that he was actually able to fix it!

I needed my locks changed ASAP and they made sure to schedule me for their next available appointment. Very accommodating! The door hardware that they provide is great quality. Nothing that you would find at Home Depot. Highly recommended!

I got locked out and called them at 8:20. Got a call from the actual locksmith around 8:30 saying he would be here by 9. I waited until 10:45 before deciding that I was just going to go sleep at my parents house. I told them I was done waiting and that I had left and was calling to cancel. The locksmith still showed up at my house anyways and repeatedly texted me trying to convince me to come back saying that he would do it for cheap. The buisness then continued to call me 4 times past 11 pm asking if I still needed their service. They also called me another 3 times at around 7 am the next morning and left several messages. These people don’t care about their customers and clearly don’t know how to treat people. TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ELSEWHERE!
