The locksmith that came to my house did the job that was required out of him, but just double the quote to I received over the phone to $120 to open a $10 home depot door knob. No explanation for the grade of difficulty or any other excuse, just because I needed to get in the room after seeing my travel bags. I won't use their services again, not I would recommend them.

Rude! Answers the phone and starts talking to a customer in front of him. When he was done about 3 minutes later he says, Yea! I explain what I'm looking for and he has me take a picture of what key I need and send it to him. I do and he never got back to me. I went to Los Alamitos Locksmiths, they were very kind and had excellent prices!

Went to dinner and realized I had locked myself out of my house. I called Nova around 9pm on my way home and Alex got on the road immediately and met me at my house about 10 minutes after I got home and had the door open in less than 5 minutes; and it was done at a fair price. Wow, what a great locksmith.
