The guy who installed my lock, showed up hours later than promised, was hyper, talking fast, asked to use my bathroom twice in an hour. I made sure I could pay by credit card and then the guy who installed the lock tried to talk me into letting him drive me to my bank so I could pay in cash. When he finally finished and was leaving he told me someone could still kick my door in, but he could come back and install another lock if I wanted. Needless to say I declined.

Mike is the best!!! I called because I lost my car keys. He was at my house in under 20 minutes and made me a perfect new key in under 10 minutes. He was so nice and made the entire (stressful) situation so quick and easy. He was also much more affordable than any other locksmith I called for a quote.
