This company is a scam we called them over a year ago and they tried to charge us about 600 dollars to change a front commercial lock with all there fees then we said we didnt want it and the guy said we had to pay 29.99 for a service fee for them coming out i refused to pay and told the guy to leave, we had some one else come out and they charged us about 100 dollars maybe a little more, then we had another mishap with the lock again about a year later my employee called the same company by mistake they came out said 375 to replace lock 89.99 for install and 29.99 for them coming out, automatically I remembered them when i talk to the guy he said he had to replace lock i told him i didnt believe that and i told my employee to pay him his service call fee of 29.99 and let him leave, 15 minutes passes and the employee calls me back that he wants to speak to me and he says that he called his company and said that they can fix it for 175. And of course thats not including the 29.99 fee i already paid to have them leave and im sure a 89.99 replacement fee. I called again a real local locksmith and he said it would be maybe 100 to 200 and i believe thats what i paid the last time. In short this company KeyMe is a rip off they are a number that you call then they dispatch someone that they subcontract, thats why there fees are so expensive, but who cares as long as they get the 29.99 fee to the contractor that comes out to do nothing but just over charge the hell out of the customer. Dont know what they charge for keys but for what we needed done it was way way way overcharged....Update the local locksmith that we did use charged us 130 dollars thats it no install fee no 29.99 show up fee just 130 flat.

It was very easy and convenient to make a duplicate key. during the process they try hard to up sale you in buying few extra copies. That convenience comes with a cost! The price is 2 1/2 times of what one would pay at other establishments...but keep in mind you are paying for convenience. They ask you for more detail information like e-mail address, phone number and etc. under the disguise that you can get a duplicate easily from any of their locations...although that may be true so far it has been used to send me seven (7) different e-mail in the past nine day including this one asking me to rate them. it could be a good service if they don't hound you...

Si sono presentati e hanno sostituito una parte che non volevo fosse sostituita e poi mi hanno addebitato $350 e non mi hanno lasciato provare a vedere se funzionava. Volevo che fosse sostituita la mia accensione. Hanno sostituito i perni e la mia chiave continuava a non sbloccarsi e inoltre si avviava bene, ora è difficile girare la chiave per avviarla. Li ho chiamati per far sapere che non funzionava ancora e il tecnico mi ha detto che l'aveva riparata e deve averla rotta quando è andato via. Ho chiamato l'azienda per almeno 4 ore e continuavano a dirmi che sarebbe tornato a ripararla e quando il tecnico ha chiamato mi ha insultato a destra e a manca e ha detto all'azienda che era tutto a posto dopo che avevano detto che lo avrebbero rimandato indietro. Ora, erano le 12:30 e sono le 17:45 e nessuno è tornato a riparare nulla. Non chiamate mai questa azienda per nulla. Questo tecnico parla in modo scortese con le persone e non fa il lavoro che doveva fare quando sapeva cosa fare e poi si rivoltano e danno la colpa al cliente. Il peggior affare di sempre!!!!!!
