BEWARE! They charge a $75 service charge just to see the problem. Wish I could of known that! There is nowhere on their website that says this! Nor do they tell you when you make the appointment! So it was quite a surprise at checkout! I would of never used them if that was the case. I later found out that the service charge is calculated based on mileage of where the technician had to go. They are located in West Columbia. They charged me $75 just to drive to Broad River Rd and Bush River Rd from West Columbia!! They said it covers for their time and gas. Firstly, it does not take that much gas or time to get to Columbia from West Columbia! This is an absolute scam as I’ve never been charge a service charge for lock and key work. $75 is more than A/C repair’s service charge. And it took the guy 10 mins tops to reinstall a latch. They need to tell you that they charge $75 service charge!!!!!!! Period. That way the customer knows what to expect. And are not surprised by the bill. So the bill was: to change the latch $15 hardware, $20 install. $75 service call. $110 total. There are numerous locksmiths that do not charge a service call charge. And if they do, they have the DECENCY to tell you that they charge a service charge! Not surprise you with it!

The keys to my truck toolbox got lost. It has those push in style locks on the ends. Triangle was able to make me in a key for it very quickly. I had 2 keys made for this box and another key copied that no one else could make. All this and still spent less than 30 bucks. These guys are good, very good. Very professional and friendly.

Avevo bisogno di far fare delle chiavi per il mio camion e ho chiamato un fabbro dalla mia parte della città e hanno detto 75 dollari per 1 chiave, così ho chiamato triangle safe and lock e mi hanno detto 5 dollari a chiave, quindi ho guidato per 15 miglia e 5 minuti dopo avevo fatto 4 chiavi per il mio camion e 2 per il mio pickup per metà del prezzo che mi aveva quotato zigdon. Grazie a Dio ci sono ancora aziende professionali in giro.
