Muito obrigado pelo trabalho rĆ”pido!! Todas as fechaduras estĆ£o funcionando bem agora. A equipe fez um trabalho fantĆ”stico ao substituir as fechaduras antigas pelas novas. Definitivamente os chamaria novamente se eu enfrentasse algum problema de bloqueio.

I never thought of hiring locksmith services myself until I move to a whole new city alone for work. Well, I got lucky since I hired this company on the first try. The technician came in 40 minutes, upgraded previous locks, and installed a smart lock for the main entrance quickly. Good experience. Will be contacting them again if needed.

My appointment was scheduled for 5pm. I had two different technicians calling me @ different times to extend the time. They were always āon their wayā The last time they wanted to come was 9pm. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment with them. Obviously I would NEVER recommended this company. They lacked professionalism and communication skills both from the office and the workers who called to lie about their whereabouts. Never use this company because there is a high possibility that they will never show up within an appropriate time frame.

EntĆ£o, liguei para esta empresa na noite passada para me ajudar a sair de uma situaĆ§Ć£o complicada, jĆ” que acidentalmente trancou minhas chaves no porta-malas. Isso foi Ć s 18h. O senhor que atendeu jĆ” parecia nĆ£o se importar... ele me disse que tinha 6 motoristas por perto e que um deles me ligaria quando estivesse a caminho para ajudar. AvanƧando para as 7h30 da manhĆ£ seguinte e ainda nĆ£o recebi nem uma ligaĆ§Ć£o de volta. Eu nĆ£o escrevo avaliaƧƵes, mas odiaria que isso acontecesse com outra pessoa que possa estar em uma situaĆ§Ć£o mais desesperadora. Eu recomendaria a empresa KeyMe logo na rua em Little Ferry. Muito mais profissional e atenciosa. Espero que isso ajude alguĆ©m a nĆ£o ficar desapontado.

Eu honestamente duvidei do serviƧo de emergĆŖncia deles por causa de algumas experiĆŖncias horrĆveis passadas. Mesmo estando cĆ©tico, o chaveiro de Boston foi a Ćŗnica empresa que atendeu minha ligaĆ§Ć£o Ć s 3 da manhĆ£ e concordou em enviar um tĆ©cnico. Assim que confirmei, o profissional veio e me resgatou das portas do armazĆ©m que estavam muito emperradas. Ćtima ajuda.
