The price had been fair. Very fast repair was done. I feel they have gone around and beyond to get the repair done quickly so I can get my car back for the weekend. Shop and office were also looking very clean. Personnel was really competent!

Things went well. The technician was on time. He was quick, polite and through. He let me in w that he was not able to get the keyless dead bolt that I needed. I was left trying to find it myself. At least he was nice enough to let me know. Everything else was fine.

These guys were awesome. Most affordable place i could find for the work I needed done. Almost half of what I was being quoted at other local locksmiths. The man who came out was helpful with answering any questions i had and quick to get the job done and done correct. Best part about them was I asked for only one key to be made. Upon payment I was given 2 keys as courtesy. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be back for any future locksmith purchases

I was on my lunch hour when my car key broke. I needed it fixed immediately since I had to go back to work. I called minuteKey and spoke to a representative who informed me that a lock Smith in my area would call soon. I asked her what soon meant...5 minutes or 30 minutes but was hung up on before I finished the question. As I was on my lunch break and needed it fixed immediately I decided to drive to a local lock Smith who could fix it in 5 mins. On my way over I received a call from the minuteKey lock smith asking if I still needed assistance and I kindly said I was in a rush so would be going somewhere else and he said It was not a problem and to have a good day. 30 minutes later some guy from the company said I needed to pay a $35 cancellation fee that neither the representative or the lock smith informed me of! I told him I was never told about the fee and if the lock smith would have informed me that cancelling with him would mean paying $35 I would have stayed with him. The guy didnāt care and rushed to take my money then hung up. Even my coworker sitting next to me during the call thought that was ridiculous and asked for the name of the company so that she would not have to do business with them in the future.
