Ace is always great! I go to for copying keys, faster than big box shops. They always ask you if you need help and carry diverse products. Friendly staff.

Eu já estive em outras lojas de ferramentas Ace e eles sempre agem como se estivessem bravos porque você até apareceu para comprar rs ... não nesta localização, eles não agem assim de jeito nenhum!! ... parabéns a todos vocês, ótimo atendimento ao cliente, eu adoro!

I will not be returning to this Ace Hardware. They allow the cashiers to go without masks. They say simply standing behind a plexiglass screen is enough to protect from covid. This is not true. I do not recommend going to this Ace Hardware if you are concerned about covid to go as this is not a safe location. IN REPLY TO THE "RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER": I asked the manager why he did not care about the health of the customers. I pointed out the mask-free employee and he said that your store ONLY REQUIRES THE PLEXIGLASS BARRIER and he saw absolutely no problem with the situation. I told him I photographed the employee and that I was going to share the information publicly. He claimed it wasn't an issue to him. If you are only "encouraging associates" to wear a mask and NOT REQUIRING IT AS A POINT OF EMPLOYMENT as a safety protocol for servicing the public, then I will still not return to this facility. Your employees should be required to consider safety first or be removed from the store. All the customer who were coming in to see this employee - and the manager who supported his choices - were wearing masks. Why wouldn't you give the same basic respect in return to your customers? This is not simply about "shopping for curbside pickup". What I am saying is that if you cannot consider your in-store safety and protocols, then I don't want to shop in any way at your location. Curbside or in person.
