Naquele dia, recebi uma ligação de confirmação pontual e estive em contato regular com o técnico, Dagan, que me manteve informado sobre sua localização e quando poderia esperar por ele. Dagan chegou exatamente na hora. Ele verificou minhas necessidades, certificou-se de que tudo estava bem para começar e então imediatamente começou a trabalhar após me dar uma estimativa de quanto tempo levaria. Dagan terminou bem dentro do tempo estimado e verificou tudo comigo para garantir que eu estivesse satisfeito. Ele foi cortês, competente e capaz. A qualidade do trabalho foi excelente, todas as portas agora realmente se movem e trancam mais suavemente do que antes. O preço foi extremamente justo considerando a qualidade do trabalho realizado. I was very impressed with the vehicle lockout service i received from Anthony. The service was quick & easy, he opened my car door in less than 5 minutes. He also helped me to look for my car keys I thought I had locked in my car. I really felt he went above & beyond w| unlocking my car door, making a copy of my key & suggested other car services i may need to get done. I would definitely recommend them if you're ever locked out..here you'll receive quick service, a knowledgeable locksmith & reasonable prices. 😉

I've visited this place on 2 or 3 occasions and it is always closed. You have the option of calling the number on the door which a young lady picks up and says every single time that the technician is on a call. They then offer to take your name, number and whereabouts (not sure how safe that is) so that the technician can call/meet up. Sometimes that call comes, other times it doesn't. I'm not doubting they do great work based on the other reviews but this has been my experience so far.
