The licensing lady was very rude instead of being understanding she had a smart mouth on top of a lot of attitude my experience here would have been great but unfortunately it deserves a one star the employees there were super friendly thank you for being patient and friendly 😊

Você já sentiu falta dos velhos tempos em que você ia a uma loja de ferramentas e falava com pessoas reais e elas faziam você se sentir como parte da família? Na verdade, se você quiser sentar e descansar um pouco e conversar com seu amigo, quem quer que seja, este é o lugar. Eu estive neste lugar cerca de cinco vezes desde que me mudei para cá e não é apenas uma loja de ferramentas, eles têm um lugar de licenciamento para o seu veículo. A equipe aqui vai além do que precisam na vida diária para ajudar um cliente, então se você quer grande satisfação e quer sair com um bom amigo, ou você sabe o que, você vai voltar. Na verdade, eu acabei de fazer uma compra há cerca de uma hora. O Walmart queria três vezes o valor do que eu comprei e o que este lugar fez repetidamente. Este lugar é excepcional. Eu raramente dou cinco estrelas, mas este lugar merece. Parabéns Riders True Value, se ao menos o True Value e o Prosser pudessem ser mais como vocês. Deus abençoe.

The stars are for the True Value employees they’re helpful and generally nice people. You can tell they are happy people. The DMV lady on the other hand is a smart-a** and rude. Not sure if she was having a bad day or if she’s always like that? Please be happier and nice to people. If not just do the job and you don’t have to make rude comments. After all I only went there since the other local tab re-newal places were closed or further out. Next time I would probably just drive somewhere else and avoid her. Beware!! LOL
