I tried to start my car and the ignition and steering wheel were both locked. I called Bill and he came out the same day. The price was very reasonable. I was very pleased with his work and how he explained what was wrong with my vehicle. He ordered the part and new key when it came in he called and scheduled time for him to install it right away. Thank you Bill for getting my vehicle back on the road. If I need help with my ignition or my vehicle locks again you are the person I will be calling.

I would like to start this review off by saying that Bill is the type of person to really go the extra mile for you and he charges a very honest rate. Now I never write reviews but after the truly remarkable service that I received from Bill I am compelled to write this. So for some background my car is a 2006 BMW X3 and the lock for my car door ended up breaking, when I went to unlock my car the key would just end up spinning in the cylinder so this meant I was locked out. I called multiple different locksmiths and no one wanted to work on my car at all but when I gave Bill a call he told me that he would do some research and give me a call back to see if he could help me. Sure enough around half an hour later Bill gave me a call back and said he could help me out. He came the very same day to unlock my car and ordered the part needed to get my lock working again. I also asked Bill if he could make me 3 copies of keys and he had them ready by the next time I saw him just a few days later! After having difficulties with getting the lock out Bill managed to get some 3rd party help and sure enough he got the part out and replaced. If you're unsure about who to go with regarding keys or locks I, without hesitation recommend going with Bill!

The licensing lady was very rude instead of being understanding she had a smart mouth on top of a lot of attitude my experience here would have been great but unfortunately it deserves a one star the employees there were super friendly thank you for being patient and friendly 😊

When I come to the lower valley to visit my parents, my dad usually has a project for me to do. I enjoy going to Riders! David always helps me out and he knows what he is doing. The staff is very helpful! Glad to still see this business Open. Thank you Riders for all the service you do for the community!

Do you ever Miss the good old days where you went into a hardware store and you spoke to actual people and they make you feel like family in fact if you want to sit down and rest a little bit and bs with your friend whoever you can this is that place I've been in this place about five times since I moved here and not only is it a hardware store they have a licensing place for your vehicle the staff here go beyond what they have to in daily life to help a customer so if you want great satisfaction and you want to leave with a good friend or you know what you will come back in fact I just made a purchase about an hour ago Walmart wanted three times the amount of what I purchased and what this place did time and time again this place is outstanding I rarely give five stars but this place deserves it way to go riders true value if only the true value and Prosser could be more like you God bless

The stars are for the True Value employees they’re helpful and generally nice people. You can tell they are happy people. The DMV lady on the other hand is a smart-a** and rude. Not sure if she was having a bad day or if she’s always like that? Please be happier and nice to people. If not just do the job and you don’t have to make rude comments. After all I only went there since the other local tab re-newal places were closed or further out. Next time I would probably just drive somewhere else and avoid her. Beware!! LOL
