Imagine being a mom of 2 young children and the lock on your house doesn't open and your key broke in the door. It is raining and have to sit in your car because you can't open a window. You start to google and you find Ambrogio Lock. I call and John was kind, calm and came right away. He was able to see what the problem and fix it very quickly. Now we have a new lock and new key. My kids thought everything was really interesting when John showed them. We for sure will call him back if we need anything.
