I tried to start my car and the ignition and steering wheel were both locked. I called Bill and he came out the same day. The price was very reasonable. I was very pleased with his work and how he explained what was wrong with my vehicle. He ordered the part and new key when it came in he called and scheduled time for him to install it right away. Thank you Bill for getting my vehicle back on the road. If I need help with my ignition or my vehicle locks again you are the person I will be calling.

I would like to start this review off by saying that Bill is the type of person to really go the extra mile for you and he charges a very honest rate. Now I never write reviews but after the truly remarkable service that I received from Bill I am compelled to write this. So for some background my car is a 2006 BMW X3 and the lock for my car door ended up breaking, when I went to unlock my car the key would just end up spinning in the cylinder so this meant I was locked out. I called multiple different locksmiths and no one wanted to work on my car at all but when I gave Bill a call he told me that he would do some research and give me a call back to see if he could help me. Sure enough around half an hour later Bill gave me a call back and said he could help me out. He came the very same day to unlock my car and ordered the part needed to get my lock working again. I also asked Bill if he could make me 3 copies of keys and he had them ready by the next time I saw him just a few days later! After having difficulties with getting the lock out Bill managed to get some 3rd party help and sure enough he got the part out and replaced. If you're unsure about who to go with regarding keys or locks I, without hesitation recommend going with Bill!

Eu vim de Chelan hoje, parei para cortar 3 chaves para meu Chrysler. Uma pessoa chamada John me ajudou. John deixou claro que se as chaves que ele cortou para meu Chrysler não funcionassem, não haveria reembolso. Eu disse a ele que aceitava isso. Uma das chaves que eu precisava cortar não cabia na máquina dele e ele me disse que eu teria que ter essa chave retirada e pronta, pois ele não ia esperar por mim. Ele rapidamente somou o total e eu paguei. Depois de me preparar para sair, eu o lembrei que precisava do meu recibo. Ele olhou para mim e disse: "Eu te disse que não havia reembolsos, por que você precisa de um recibo?" Eu disse a ele que só precisava do recibo para meus registros, ele ainda se recusou a me dar um recibo. Adivinha, nenhuma das chaves que ele cortou funcionou.
