Extremely rude. Was told I would receive a call back in 15 minutes about the status of a locksmith, and told to weight by my locked car out in the cold. 25 mins later, I call back because I received no call. I got hung up on twice by dispatch. Extremely unprofessional and very rude. Not the type of place I want to deal with at 6am for emergency service. If I could give zero stars I would.

ZERO STARS I called for service and they dispatched me out for a quote. The tech I spoke to was actually nice and seemed like he knew what he was doing. He quoted me price and 1hr give or take. 2.5 hours later nothing. I called around found another company that would arrive in 30 mins. So as a courtesy I called this company back to cancel my work order. They had the nerve to tell me I need to pay $29 for service that never showed up. Then got an attitude when I said I won't pay. They said I can't use their service anymore then hung up. No loss here. I wouldn't give them a penny.
