The lady who welcomed me, she wore a mask for just a minute until somebody else helped me. They never wore a mask while I was waiting inside. Another employee came i and did not wear a mask either. They were not very friendly. I programmed a key fob and the next week it stopped working

They were perfect! Prompt and professional. The rep on the phone told me they'd be at my home in 30 min after I locked myself out of my home and they were. He only took a few minutes to get me in...paid out and on my merry way. Very happy. I highly recommend.

Extremely rude. Was told I would receive a call back in 15 minutes about the status of a locksmith, and told to weight by my locked car out in the cold. 25 mins later, I call back because I received no call. I got hung up on twice by dispatch. Extremely unprofessional and very rude. Not the type of place I want to deal with at 6am for emergency service. If I could give zero stars I would.

ZERO STARS I called for service and they dispatched me out for a quote. The tech I spoke to was actually nice and seemed like he knew what he was doing. He quoted me price and 1hr give or take. 2.5 hours later nothing. I called around found another company that would arrive in 30 mins. So as a courtesy I called this company back to cancel my work order. They had the nerve to tell me I need to pay $29 for service that never showed up. Then got an attitude when I said I won't pay. They said I can't use their service anymore then hung up. No loss here. I wouldn't give them a penny.

Went to location for a key copy and other info. Location was not a locksmith but a budget grocery store with a key copy machine. No licensed locksmith at this location. Total lie.
