Having been in the same house for 26 years, I've never had a reason to change locks. So, after moving, I checked online, recognized the logo and went to the online chat. They were very responsive and quickly set up an appointment. As promised, I got a text 30 minutes before the technician was to arrive. Erik was professional and amazingly quick. He made me 6 keys as requested. The first two were free and the rest were just under $3.00 each so no price gouging for convenience! When he arrived, my first question was "do you really drive one of those trucks with the guy on top" and he said yes! I immediately ran out and took a photo. The whole experience was a pleasure! I would definitely recommend The Flying Locksmiths (I used the Braintree location) !

Eu fiz 8 chaves, todas as quais não foram copiadas bem e requerem um movimento prolongado na fechadura para que os pinos se alinhem e permitam que a chave gire.

As chaves que comprei NÃO funcionaram na fechadura da minha casa, entraram na fechadura, mas não giraram... Não consegui encontrar meu recibo para tentar devolvê-las.... Tive que ir à minha loja de ferragens local para fazer uma nova e não tive problema com essa....
