The guy was easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about locks and door issues. We had him re-key our locks in a new house and fix the latch in our old house. He was on time and costs were as advertised. I would definitely use Carrillo Security & Locksmith again. Hardworking and good staff!

Gave Phil a call to get a quote to re-key a new exterior door knob. Turns out he was nearby and was able to come over within 10 minutes of the call. I honestly can't compare the price to anyone else, but he's been doing this a long time, so I imagine it's in line with the others. He was extremely personable, and did a great job in about 15 minutes. I'll definitely use him again.

Phil was very professional and responsive. He took my call and came out the next morning right on time, figured out the issue quickly and corrected it. He also provided some good insight as to what to watch out for with other doors in my house and how to go about finding replacement parts. I would highly recommend Phil for any door/lock repair work.

We found Phil after receiving multiple positive word of mouth reviews. Phil was able to rekey the locks to our new home quickly and for a reasonable price. He's also just a super nice guy; he even helped my husband with a quick home improvement project while he was here.
