We needed a tube for a bike tire that was on a bike we'd purchased over 10 years' ago at Cole's, and Cinda patiently worked with us to get all the right numbers off the rim, find the tube and send it to us. We live in Virginia. I realized that we have bought more than 7 bikes and numerous helmets over 60 years through 4 generations of our family from Cole's, going back to the time my dad was stationed in Carlisle. The quality of service is still spectacular.

The people at Cole's have treated us so well when we've taken our kids' bikes in for little tune-ups that we knew there was no where else we wanted to go when it was time for a new bike. My daughter rode her bike for the first time and said, "Wow! It's so smooth." She can stop on a dime and has so much control with this bike. I never realized the quality difference of a good bike. She's so much safer riding her new bike. Thanks, Cole's! (Doll seat isn't from Cole's, but it's nice to know random accessories fit.)

They seemed to be a nice mom and pop shop for bicycles. The person that helped me pick out a used bike was pretty great. I'd recommend checking this place out if you are looking for a good bike and even some bike advice or help.
