I called them yesterday telling them I needed two deadbolts re keyed and I was told that they would come out today after they finished all the jobs in front me. I gave them my address with hopes they would come. Well at 4:15pm today I called to see if they had finished there day and what time should I expect them. I was informed that they tried to call me and since I didn’t answer they didn’t come. So no locks fixed today and this was an emergency situation! I wish they would have given me a window of a time frame so that I could have been looking for them and if they were late then I could of called to checked in but this let us finish up our day and then we will come to you is extremely unprofessional in my opinion! Best of luck if anyone needs emergency locks rekeyed because you will have to wait by your phone all day with no timeframe given and then at the end of the day you’re still left hanging! I would skip in by this company and try calling the next one under them

Eu os chamei na sexta-feira à tarde para consertar a fechadura do meu carro quebrada para que eu pudesse dirigir para casa do trabalho, conversei com uma pessoa que pegou todos os meus dados pessoais e contato e prometeu um prazo de 1-2 horas para ter ajuda no local. Ninguém apareceu, e agora (5 dias depois) eu nem recebi uma ligação de retorno prometida. Péssimo serviço! ATUALIZAÇÃO: Esta empresa NÃO É LOCAL. O endereço é falso. Esta é apenas uma empresa operando nacionalmente, pegando suas informações de contato e tentando encontrar uma empresa local para ajudá-lo. NÃO os chame!!!
