I needed extra help and the older man said that they had nothing that they could do to help me.and just hung up on me . I was try to ask if he could give me a hand on maby figuring it out why my very back lock didnot work and the rest of them did .

I called them yesterday telling them I needed two deadbolts re keyed and I was told that they would come out today after they finished all the jobs in front me. I gave them my address with hopes they would come. Well at 4:15pm today I called to see if they had finished there day and what time should I expect them. I was informed that they tried to call me and since I didn’t answer they didn’t come. So no locks fixed today and this was an emergency situation! I wish they would have given me a window of a time frame so that I could have been looking for them and if they were late then I could of called to checked in but this let us finish up our day and then we will come to you is extremely unprofessional in my opinion! Best of luck if anyone needs emergency locks rekeyed because you will have to wait by your phone all day with no timeframe given and then at the end of the day you’re still left hanging! I would skip in by this company and try calling the next one under them
