I have an antique wardrobe that has locked and unlocked until this last time when it would not unlock. Tim arrived timely, was knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. He was able to unlock the wardrobe, but had to break the key to do so. No worries--he took the antique lock with him, repaired the key, and brought other skeleton keys that also worked to lock and unlock the wardrobe. The lock works beautifully again. Tim did a great job! I would absolutely recommend this company.
