Eles devem ser bons, porque disseram que estavam sobrecarregados e não conseguiriam chegar até mim por pelo menos 2 horas. Outro funcionário pode ajudar, já que você está tão ocupado. 2 horas é muito tempo se você estiver trancado para fora de casa e do carro ao mesmo tempo.

Very odd experience with Jenkins Security. All the gentlemen that work there were extremely friendly and helpful...however my last two encounters with a lady named Renee have not been pleasant. Both occasions have been over the phone. My second encounter the key they made for me did not work with my car because of programming issues so I asked Renee if I could receive my money back...her response ”Nope anything else” and in a very nasty way at that point I hung up the phone as to not be rude to this lady who has had an attitude with me FOR NO REASON. My dad then called back because I was really upset...he spoke to one of the nice Gentlemen who worked there and they gave my dad a completely different answer told him to bring the key in and they will return the money for me... Long story short of Renee answers the phone ask for someone else...

Cheguei ao trabalho esta manhã e travei minhas chaves dentro do carro! Liguei para a Bowman's e eles poderiam estar no local em 45 minutos. Cheguei 10 minutos mais cedo. Levou menos de um minuto para desbloquear meu carro e foi muito acessível! MUITO OBRIGADO!!!!
