Alex the locksmith literally showed up in less than a minute, and had my apartment opened in less than 2. Whole process was super fast, even the CC payment using Square (or something like that). To add to this he was also much cheaper than the last locksmith I called out for the very same issue. Even showed me how to keep myself doing it again. Something I didn't even know and I've been living here for over a year.

I want to give KeyMe customer service Rep. Megan the best recommendation I possibly can. I was in Kroger‘s and just happen to walk by the kiosk and realized I needed a second car key. It’s very easy to use the machine. However, my car key couldn’t be copied there because it’s electronic. I spoke with customer representative Megan and she was able to set up a time at my home where local locksmiths came to me to copy and program my car keys. She was extremely friendly and helpful, as were the locksmiths who came out to program my car. I have driven this car for seven years without a secondary key so I was really pushing my luck! LOL 😂 I want to say thank you to Megan at CustomerService at KeyMe and to the Leader Brothers at Keygenix mobile Unit who came out to make my spare key. They were so friendly, helpful & Profession. FYI: For now, if you use the discount code save SAVE25 you’ll get a 25% discount at the KeyMe kiosk, but doesn’t apply to an electronic key. I still saved HUNDREDS of DOLLARS over what I would have paid at a Toyota dealership. Thank you 🙏 for your time in reading this review.

Did a good job of physically making the key but for whatever reason it did not add it to my KeyHero account, despite going through all the steps. The KeyHero app itself is very limited and provides no options to help in such a situation. The website is equally useless.
