Nick was AWESOME! Please recognize him for his efforts... I walked in twenty minutes before closing to get my iPhone battery replaced. He had a line of customers and said he’d do his best to get it done. Nick said typically it takes an hour to replace a battery. But, he’s so efficient he was able to serve the line of customers AND replace my battery. I’m very grateful for his competence and outstanding customer service! Thank you!

I went to the store on their opening day at 9:00 am in Dunedin (they relocated from us 19) and things were a little hectic but the staff was very professional to the customers. I went there to have the charger port changed on my iPhone. The sales person understood the problem and she cleaned out the dust from the the port and I avoided a $79 dollar expense. The Manager was in total control and the Batteries Plus Store has a great future in their new location.

I typically go to batteries Plus bulbs because they will test any battery, almost always have what I need in stock, and the customer service is good!
