The man that came to help us was very unprofessional and gave us an extremely high quote that was far from the one we received from the dispatcher. When we brought up the high amount, he immediately became defense and rude. We were trying to understand how it was so high but he was not able to communicate effectively. He started coming up with strange responses and seemed nervous (like a scam). He then immediately dropped the price but due to his manic behavior I was frightened to work with him. He got in his car, yelled something out his window and drove off. We called another company that was responsible and kind to work with. I would strongly advise not working with this company.

Absolutely horrendous customer service! I called the number listed on their website to get estimates for a local commercial project that needed some work done. I was told I called the emergency line and was hung up on after asking for a number to contact the main office. I called the number back and expressed that I understood it was an emergency line but that there was no reason to rudely hang up on a customer that wants your business and again asked for another number to get a quote form the main office. The lady on the other end proceeded to then ask me questions regarding the job that I needed done, after just hanging up on me moments later! I was able to find another number through Google and called that, I get another representative again lacking any form of customer service skills. I explained my situation and asked for a manager. I was then asked why I needed to speak with a manager after I had just explained my experience with their emergency line! The representative then proceeded to ask me if I was calling to complain or get service, I stated I was calling to do both, and the rep told me that I was only calling to complain and gave no assistance in helping me get to a manager.

Showed up on time. A dead giveaway about locksmithing SCAMS- when the technician states "we might have to drill" without even looking at the lock- you know you're getting ripped off. I was charged $225 to open the door to my apartment. The guy was here for less than 5 minutes. When you're locked out- they know you're in a hard place and will take advantage of you. I wouldn't use this this business in the future.

Dizer que "este negócio tem um serviço ao cliente absolutamente horrível" é ser muito generoso. Depois de enviar uma foto do cofre que eu precisava abrir para o técnico deles, o escritório deles ligou para me dizer que não estão qualificados para abrir um cofre "Top Security". Quando perguntei o que eles queriam dizer com cofre de alta segurança, para saber quem eu deveria chamar, eles desligaram na minha cara. Quando liguei de volta, a pessoa com quem eu estava falando de repente não sabia mais falar inglês. Ele colocou outra pessoa ao telefone, e quando perguntei a ela com quem eu estava falando e qual era o problema, ela também desligou na minha cara. Esta empresa claramente não se importa com seus clientes, então faça um favor a si mesmo e NÃO LIGUE PARA ELES.
