So, I ordered the two remotes, and when I ordered the remotes, I compared the FCCID# and it matched what was on the back of my current remote, when I received the remotes, it didn't match. When I told them, they asked if I tried to have them programmed. I was unaware I had to. Then I called around, only to find out it was $150 to program them. So I asked to return them, which I was able to, but haven't heard anything, and haven't received a refund yet. Honestly my fear is they're going to say they never received it, and I'm not going to get my refund. In most cases, with other companies, when I'm unhappy with a product, things are taken care of immediately. In this case, not so much! This issue has been going on for over a month. I had to keep sending correspondence to get responses, and I would have to wait a week or more for the response. And sometimes I'd have to contact them more than once to get a response. Honestly, based on my experience, I am sorry to say, I'm certain I will not do business with this company again.

The service was fantastic. I was in and out in probably 20 minutes, and that was with 2 people in front of me. The price was way better than any other place I could find for my key needs. 10/10, will return for my key needs!

I purchased an EZ Installer that is supposed to copy a intelligent/proximity key for a Nissan Rogue 2012. Using their website I was led to the specific device, I even contacted them via their website to confirm this is the correct item for my car before purchase. After trying multiple ways to make it work, it didn't. I contacted them asking for help, they said they do not make a unit for the smart key, and I could pay to send it back for a refund. I told them to send me a return label and to give me a full credit, I also sent them the message from the customer service rep who confirmed the item would work. They have not responded, and have taken about a week or more to answer previous messages from me, which feels like they are trying to avoid me. I submitted a claim with Bank of America, but they are impossible to reach on the phone, and their website is very difficult to use, which is another frustration. I now feel my only choice is to go through Consumer Affairs for help since no one cares to get back to me. It is only a $37 transaction, but in principle the customer should not be taken advantage of and ignored so I will pursue this to the very end until it is made right.
