Really disappointed. Took my car there three times to get keys made, but they gave me various excuses, and insisted they make the key on site while I wasn't and couldn't be around. They messed up two appointments, and one the car wasn't available. Then, they went to the wrong address, and tried to make keys to the wrong car. I am unsure what happened, but I have too many vehicles to deal with unreliable contractors. They charged me 7 bucks for a key i could get from walmart for $1.50, 4 bucks for a key to a $3 lock, and wanted 35 bucks for a key they originally quoted me $6.

Chris went out of his of way to get me back on the road had 4 appointments at LSU when I went to my first two a I locked my keys in my car went to app. Called Locsafe Chris showed up didn't have the right tools for my car I had two more appts. Went to them Chris went got the tool he needed to unlock my car he was out waiting for me after I finished my other two appointments great job you are a man that doesn't give up till he gets the job done.
