Peter the person I'd spoken with, started off immediately, gave me a fair estimate of when he would arrive and then called to update me on his progress. Contacted Tony about a consultation on upgrading security on my sliding patio door. He took one look and told me I could handle the job myself and directed me on what to use. He didn't try to sell me any products or services I didn't need. He also took the time, pro bono to take a look at some other security improvements on an exterior door. He probably spent at least a half an hour on his own dime. He was friendly and professional. Thanks Tony, I appreciate your time.

My Job Locksmith were professional and reasonably priced! Our technician Mike showed up 25 minutes after my initial call and he was very quick to help us regain access to our home.
