Peter the person I'd spoken with, started off immediately, gave me a fair estimate of when he would arrive and then called to update me on his progress. Great company with amazing experience .Philip helped me and he was an absolute gem. I was a dummy and got a house key stuck in my ignition. He came through just a few hours later after his other calls but I was happy he could help me as soon as possible. He was so great and acted with urgency. Need My Locksmith know how to run a business. Top notch service with a professional attitude. They helped me replace my damaged car door lock, and also gave me the flexibility of using a part provided by me. The cost of everything was competitively priced, but the quality of service would have you think that they were the most expensive in town! Contacted Tony about a consultation on upgrading security on my sliding patio door. He took one look and told me I could handle the job myself and directed me on what to use. He didn't try to sell me any products or services I didn't need. He also took the time, pro bono to take a look at some other security improvements on an exterior door.
