Juan Rubiano is a professional and proficient locksmith. When my key cracked off in the lock (leaving my toddler and I out in the cold), he got to our home really quickly. He couldn’t immediately get the broken key out of the lock, so he got us in the house via a different door. He prioritized my kid getting back into the warm house. After that, he did everything to ensure it was my house, eventually got the broken key out of the door, made me a new key, and re-keyed the lock to the garage door he got me into that we never had a key to since owning the house. I was so grateful for his expertise and kindness that I kept his card. Years later, just recently, I called and he came out to rekey our new home in Raleigh.
